Connecting and Empowering the Women of St. Louis

OUR STORY

It All Started with a Facebook Group Inviting Connection...

What began as a simple idea quickly blossomed into something much bigger. In early 2023, STL Girl Network was born as a small Facebook group with one clear purpose: to create a space where women in St. Louis could connect, make friends, and build real community. The response was nothing short of amazing. With genuine connections at the heart of it all, the group grew rapidly and organically: women inviting other women, conversations turning into meetups, and friendships forming every day. By the end of summer 2023, what started as a casual online gathering had transformed into a thriving network thousands strong. Seeing the impact this community was having, co-founders Sydne and Hope knew it was time to take STL Girl Network beyond the Facebook page, turning an idea born of connection into a full-fledged movement for women across the St. Louis area.

That Grew Past Their Initial Vision...

Sydne and Hope nervously but excitedly were determined to build something bigger to foster community, friendship, collaboration, and the support of small businesses in the St. Louis area.  Whether that was through providing a space for connection with happy hours, promoting health through fitness classes, reaching fellow book lovers with book club, having a common e-location for job searches and roommates, they've strived to meet the needs of STL women of all ages in the St. Louis and surrounding areas.

And is Now the Go-To Connector for Women in St. Louis...

Over the next two years the duo expanded their goals, and their team, breathing life into the mission statement of STL Girl Network while simultaneously growing their careers in real estate and mortgage lending. They take incredible pride in being facilitators for both professional and personal connections, whether it's through the original Facebook group that all began from Sydne's desire to build connection in a new state or in-person events where ambassadors help introduce new friends. There is a space for every woman with STL Girl Network.
